A well-established organisation is looking for a Training Administrator to join its busy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment, is highly organised, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. You’ll support the smooth running of training activities, working closely with internal teams, external providers, and course attendees.


What you’ll be doing
*Handle general enquiries, match people with suitable training dates, and make sure training spaces are set up with the necessary resources
*Coordinate with external providers to ensure arrangements for upcoming courses are in place
*Keep track of stock levels for training materials and items used for events
*Support the administration of certification processes, ensuring procedures are followed correctly
*Communicate with individuals and internal teams to gather required documentation for qualifications
*Process invoices and keep accurate records across all training-related administration


What we’re looking for
*Recent experience in a similar Training Administrator role
*Excellent telephone manner
*Positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to be genuinely helpful
*Strong accuracy and attention to detail
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office
