Job Description:
We have recently been working with a fantastic children’s charity to help source a new HR Advisor for their growing team. We are now also hiring for a HR Business Partner, to cover the end of a secondment.
This is a permanent, FULLY REMOTE role paying between £ per annum.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Providing a comprehensive HR service with other HR Business Partners to the wider business (c.300 staff)
*Developing HR policies and procedures and ensuring they are compliant with employment regulations and other legislation
*Provide advice and guidance on employee relations, employment law, change management, organisational design, re-structure, reward and pay, workforce planning etc.
*Supporting the charity’s wider strategic goals
Experience required:
*2-3 years+ at Business Partner-level
*CIPD Level 7
*Experience within private or third sector
*Experience working with trade unions
