Resident Liaison Officer / RLO
We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer, Ideally you will have experience working as an RLO on a External refurbishment contract, Windows, Doors, EWI
The Resident Liaison Officer must be personable, professional and able to communicate effectively at all levels. A good working knowledge of basic I.T. applications, especially Word and Outlook.
Essential:
*Resident Liaison Officer must have proven experience working as a resident liaison officer for a recognised contractor on a Housing refurbishment scheme.
*Applicant must be proficient in the use of IT applications, such as Word and Outlook
Main Duties:
*Act as first point of contact for residents
*Ensure residents are kept informed of the progress and inform them of changes via letters and visits.
*Manage residents’ expectations and concerns.
*Responsible for managing and resolving difficulties and complaints regarding the works by liaising with all parties
*Ensure disruption to tenants kept to a minimum.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience
Van & Fuel card provided or a travel allowance
