Office Administrator - Scheduling of Engineers
£26,780 Basic Salary + £500 Annual Bonus
Looking for an experienced Office Administrator - who has dealt with allocation of work to a team of engineers, who were ideally undertaking service calls.
This role is office based in Norwich (nr the ASDA). PAYE Permanent, holidays pension etc.
Standard hours are 08:30-17:00 Mon-Fri. 1/2-hour lunch break. (40 hours per week), this can be flexible between 07:30 - 17:30, i.e. 07:30 - 16:00.
Local free parking is available. Future hybrid flexibility can also be offered once fully trained.
The role involves scheduling engineers for to visit mostly blocks of flats in the Norwich area, to solve service issues on electrical and fire safety systems.
Applicants must have previous experience required in a similar administrative role involving duties like: call despatch / scheduling / planning of site visits, the coordination of parts / materials and accurate record keeping.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be using e-mail, client portal and over the phone, dealing with Clients / Customers and the Engineers.
You will be required to pass security checks including DBS (criminal records) checks.
You will receive on the job training on the inhouse scheduling and CRM systems..
All applicants must live within a reasonable commute of the office (30 mins) this is a contractual obligation to the client.
