We are seeking a Management Accountant to join an established team in the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to manage financial activities and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.

Description
*Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
*Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Monitor and report on company performance against budgets and forecasts.
*Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
*Work closely with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
*Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
*Assist in managing audits and liaising with external auditors.
*Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Part-qualified status in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or AAT Level 4 Qualified
*Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to communicate financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
*Experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
