Your Key Responsibilities
Classroom Delivery
*Deliver pre-prepared Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 classes
*Maintain a positive, structured learning environment
*Communicate clearly with students and ensure they understand the tasks
Behaviour & Progress
*Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*Encourage engagement, participation and resilience
*Provide brief feedback on each lesson to assist the department
Professional Standards
*Follow school safeguarding policies
*Uphold high expectations for learning and conduct
*Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff
What We’re Looking For
*Strong knowledge of Mathematics
*QTS/QTLS preferred — experienced cover supervisors with strong Maths skills also welcomed
*Confident classroom presence
*Ability to deliver learning effectively using pre-set resources
*Adaptability, reliability and a genuine commitment to student progress
