As part of the King’s Cross Estate Service Team, you will part of the team that contributes to maintaining a welcoming, safe, and high-quality environment that reflects the estate’s commitment to excellence. We work collaboratively with partners, occupiers, and the wider community to ensure the area continues to thrive, delivering exceptional experiences for everyone who spends time here, whether that be occupiers or the 19 million visitors who visit the Estate. Joining us means becoming part of a forward-thinking, people-centred estate that values creativity, integrity, and continuous improvement.
As part of the King’s Cross Estate Service Team, you will act as ambassadors for King’s Cross, bringing our team values to life daily (Love King’s Cross, In it Together, Protect the Planet, Truth and Honest and Keep it Real). You will contribute to maintaining a welcoming, safe, and high-quality environment that reflects the estate’s commitment to excellence. Working collaboratively with partners, occupiers, and the wider community to ensure the area continues to thrive and deliver exceptional experiences for everyone who spends time here. Joining us means becoming part of a forward-thinking, people-centred estate that values creativity, integrity, and continuous improvement.
In this pivotal position, you’ll deliver outstanding operational expertise and planning across all year-round events, enlivenment and commercialisation activities on the 67-acre mixed-use King’s Cross estate. Collaborating closely with internal placemaking teams and client management, you’ll bring our seasonal events calendar and enlivenment strategy to life with precision and flair, in accordance with the King’s Cross Group’s Customer Experience, Marketing, Events & Enlivenment strategies. Supporting the Head of Experience in delivering first-class experience management aligned to the King Cross purpose.
Supporting the Head of Experience and the wider estate team, you’ll champion first-class estate management aligned with the King’s Cross vision. Prioritising "brilliant basics" – such as consistent delivery, accurate reporting, operational work streams and efficient time management – you’ll ensure we achieve our business goals while fostering innovation through cutting-edge processes, technology, and empowered partnerships.
By cultivating a collaborative, inspiring culture, you’ll unite the Event operational team around client objectives, driving logistics and operations in a bustling, ever-evolving environment. Ideal for a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities, this role empowers you to create lively, engaging public spaces that leave customers and visitors inspired and delighted.
This position will be responsible for leading the Experience Events Team, while managing all operational elements with events production agencies and commercial activations across the public realm, as well as retail and commercial occupier customer events. You will achieve this by enhancing the value of King’s Cross through excellent customer experience, well maintained and efficiently run activations and thorough effective budget management.
Managing all operational and risk aspects of events and activations will be key to ensure the compliance of all H&S documentation; safe set up and break out of all events, with the ambition of this leading to all occupiers and visitors to King’s Cross engaged via a vibrant and colourful events and experience programme.
