Business Development Executive – Working Capital / Credit Insurance
London / South
£35,000 – £45,000 basic + Uncapped Commission
Are you a driven B2B sales professional from a banking or funding background looking for greater earning potential and faster progression?
A specialist working capital brokerage is expanding its London team and seeking ambitious Business Development Executives to help SMEs protect and strengthen their cashflow.
Full product training is provided — we’re looking for commercial instinct, resilience and hunger.
The Role*Proactively prospect and win new SME clients
*Build relationships with FDs, CFOs and business owners
*Develop introducer relationships (accountants, lenders, brokers)
*Advise clients on working capital and debtor risk solutions
*Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal completion
*Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
About You*1–4 years’ experience in B2B financial services sales
*Background in banking, invoice finance, asset finance, SME lending, FX or similar
*Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
*Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
*Target-driven and motivated by uncapped earnings
*Ambitious and keen to build a long-term career in working capital solutions
