Job Description:
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for working with children and a flair for creativity? Aspire People is looking for a Creative Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join a forward-thinking primary school in Manchester city centre.
This role is ideal for graduates from Education, Psychology, Child Development, Arts, Music, Drama, or Creative Studies who want hands-on classroom experience while supporting pupil learning and wellbeing.
The Role
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, creative lessons
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils across EYFS and KS1
Support arts, music, drama, or project-based learning sessions
Help plan and prepare classroom activities
Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
Support routine and structure during lessons, breaks, and transitions
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduate in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Arts, Drama, Music, or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and confident around children
Previous experience in schools, youth work, tutoring, or mentoring is a bonus
Willingness to learn and take part in CPD
