Our client is seeking a warm, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their brand-new office. This exciting ongoing temporary role sits within a vibrant, fast-paced accounting firm and is ideal for someone who loves creating an exceptional first impression while ensuring the day-to-day runs seamlessly.
?? Role Details:
*Contract Type: Temporary on-going
*Hourly Rate: £14ph
*Working Pattern: Full Time (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
*Location: London Bridge
? Key Responsibilities:
*Meet and greet clients with a warm smile ??
*Answer phone calls and manage inquiries ??
*Provide general admin support to the teams ???
*Prepare teas and coffees for guests ?
*Handle deliveries and order office supplies ??
*utilise MS Outlook, Teams, and basic Excel
?? What We’re Looking For:
*Previous Reception/Admin experience is a plus!
*A switched-on and personable attitude �?
*Ongoing availability and openness to potential permanent roles
