Ready for a change? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for skilled Bus Drivers from the UK to join our team in the Republic of Ireland.
What We Offer:
*Competitive Salary: Starting at €829.09 per week (Year 1), rising to €959.87 per week (Year 6).
*Overtime: Guaranteed 39-hour week with opportunities for overtime up to 48 hours per week (over a 16-week rolling period).
*Generous Benefits: *CIE Pension Scheme (from year 2).
*Annual Leave: 20 days (increasing to 23 with service), allocated as 1 week Spring, 2 weeks Summer, 1 week Winter.
*Health: Free GP for spouse and children (up to 16) for a small weekly fee (covers visits, not prescriptions).
*Perks: Subsidised canteen, on-site parking, travel benefits (after one month), uniform, Meal Allowance, EAP, Sports/Social Club, and Referral Scheme.
Roster & Shifts:
*Work/Life Balance: A reliable 5 days over 7 (5/7 shift) roster.
*Structured Time Off: A 5-week rotation includes 3 Sundays and 2 Saturdays resting.
*Shifts: Early, Middle, and Late shifts in operation. We operate 364 days a year, only closed on Christmas Day.

*You will receive a comprehensive three-week induction covering all vehicle types, routes, and systems.
