SF Recruitment are pleased to be working exclusively with a business in West Nottinghamshire area.

Sales Administrator
Permanent | Office Based
Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our clients busy commercial team. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive quotations and delivering excellent customer service to UK and international customers.

Key responsibilities include:
-Handling inbound pricing and quotation requests via phone and email
-Preparing and issuing quotations, including lead times and pricing structures
-Updating pricing systems and loading quotes onto the CRM
-Responding to customer queries and providing commercial support
-Supporting the wider quotations and commercial team
-Maintaining accurate records and documentation

About you:
-Previous experience in a sales or administrative environment
-Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
-Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Well organised, reliable and able to prioritise workloads
-Calm under pressure with a positive, ’can-do’ attitude

Desirable (training provided):
-Experience with Sage 200
