An established and ambitious estate agency is seeking a Senior Associate to join its high-performing branch team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional looking to step into a senior, revenue-driving role with mentoring responsibility and clear earning potential.
Salary: £25,000 basic with On-Target Earnings of £42,000.
The RoleAs a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales and lettings while delivering exceptional customer service. You will focus on generating new business, conducting valuations, negotiating offers, and building long-term client relationships to achieve and exceed branch targets.
Alongside your own performance, you will support and mentor junior team members, ensuring best practice standards and strong conversion rates across the branch.
This is a proactive, target-driven position suited to someone commercially minded and confident in winning instructions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development*Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals
*Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
*Convert valuations into instructions
*Negotiate offers and manage sales progression
*Maintain and develop relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and applicants
*Maintain an up-to-date database of active buyers and match suitable properties
*Identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities including mortgage advice, legal referrals, and additional services
*Stay up to date with local market trends, pricing, and relevant legislation
*Support Associates in achieving sales targets and revenue goals
Customer Experience*Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey
*Ensure all client interactions reflect professionalism and high service standards
Operations & Compliance*Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
*Maintain accurate property listings and documentation
*Support marketing approvals and maintain quality control standards
*Identify operational improvements and escalate where appropriate
Marketing & Brand Development*Support digital and local marketing initiatives
*Assist with property launches and promotional events
*Engage with the local community to generate brand visibility and business growth
About YouEssential Experience:
*Minimum 1 year’s experience within estate agency
*Proven track record of delivering results and strong customer experiences
*Strong valuation and negotiation skills
*Solid understanding of property sales processes and legal requirements
*Experience achieving sales targets and driving new business
*Commercially driven and confident communicator
Desirable:
*Experience using industry CRM systems (e.g. Reapit or similar)
*Knowledge of mid-to-high value residential property markets
