Responsibilities:
*Responding to new referrals from the public and professionals
*Carrying out assessments to identify support needs or safeguarding concerns
Signposting families to the right services or progressing cases as appropriate
*Managing a diverse and sometimes complex caseload
*Preparing high-quality reports and court statements
*Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver the best outcomes


To be considered for the role: *Registered Social Worker with Social Work England (SWE)
*A recognised qualification in Social Work (e.g., BA, BSc, or equivalent)
*Ideally, prior experience in a Children’s Duty and Assessment Team
*Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
