Business Change Manager – AI & SharePoint FocusDaily Rate: £450 – £550 Umbrella
Contract: 6 months
Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Location: Holborn Police Station, London WC1N, with potential visits to Kennington, Lambeth, Kilburn, and possibly NSY
Clearance: NPPV2/CTC required
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Manager with strong experience in AI-enabled communication, SharePoint, and large-scale stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into impactful change interventions and use AI and SharePoint tools to engage a diverse audience of up to 45,000 users.
Note: This position focuses on using and creating AI- and SharePoint-supported communication and content—not on technical AI implementation.
Key Responsibilities*Provide strategic leadership, deputising for senior management when required to ensure continuity and direction across the programme.
*Design and deliver communication campaigns from discovery through to execution, using SharePoint and AI tools to drive engagement across a workforce of 45k users.
*Create and manage SharePoint content, improving structure, navigation, and usability to support organisation-wide change messaging.
*Use AI tools to streamline communication creation, personalise messages, and drive higher engagement across hard-to-reach audiences.
*Develop online training packages, guidance materials, and intranet/web content using modern digital approaches.
*Apply established change management methodologies (such as ADKAR) to ensure adoption, readiness, and behavioural change.
*Lead Stakeholder Mapping, Change Impact Assessments, and Change Networks, ensuring the organisation is prepared and supported through transformation.
*Engage creatively with large and diverse user groups, identifying effective channels and methods to ensure messages land at scale.
Required Skills & Experience*Demonstrable experience in business change management, using structured frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
*Proven ability to use and create AI-assisted content to support communication or learning in a large organisation.
*Strong experience in SharePoint content creation, site improvement, and leveraging SharePoint as a communication and engagement platform.
*Strong communication skills, capable of reaching and influencing large and hard-to-engage audiences.
*Experience leading end-to-end change campaigns across large, complex organisations—public sector or policing experience beneficial but not essential.
*Ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter, quickly adapting to organisational culture.
*Highly organised, innovative, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
