Got People are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver / Refuse Driver to work with our well-established client based in Hemel Hempstead.
This role involves driving a Class 2 refuse vehicle (dustcart) and assisting the loader team where required during collections. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for consistent, ongoing work with competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities*Driving a HGV Class 2 dustcart / refuse collection vehicle

*Completing scheduled waste and recycling collection routes

*Assisting loaders with collections when required

*Ensuring collections are carried out safely and efficiently

*Adhering to transport regulations and health & safety procedures

RequirementsTo be considered for this HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver role, you must have:
*Minimum 12 months recent HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving experience

*Dustcart / refuse vehicle experience preferred (training may be provided)

*Valid UK Driving Licence (Cat C)

*Driver CPC qualification

*Digital Tachograph Card

*No more than 6 penalty points (No DR or IN endorsements)

*Ability to assist with loading when required

*Reliable, flexible and safety focused

Pay & Benefits*Monday – Friday: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour (Umbrella)

*Saturday: Weekend uplift available

*Ongoing work

*Immediate start available

*PPE can be provided if required (HI-VIS, Ballistic Trousers, Safety Boots)
