Sales Administrator
The Role
As Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Business Development Managers and the underwriting team by ensuring sales processes run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple cases at once in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Booking broker appointments for Business Development Managers
*Creating and issuing terms
*Setting up, maintaining, and organising case files
*Chasing issued terms within agreed timescales
*Managing and updating the internal CRM system
*Obtaining quotes from external professionals
*Instructing third-party professionals (surveyors, solicitors, quantity surveyors, etc.)
*Liaising closely with the underwriting team on live cases
*Requesting and following up on customer feedback and reviews on a weekly basis
Experience & Requirements
*Minimum 6 months’ experience in mortgage or bridging administration
*Good understanding of property and property finance
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a proactive approach
*Comfortable working to deadlines and managing competing priorities
