Job Description:
Your new companyYou’ll be joining a long-established international manufacturer supplying innovative, high-quality products to the hospitality and food-service sectors. The organisation operates globally, prioritises sustainability and product innovation, and supports its partners through a strong international distribution network.
Your new role
*Shape and deliver a business development strategy that supports long-term growth.
*Identify new channels, partnerships, and market opportunities through research and industry insight.
*Track external trends to inform strategic direction and uncover commercial prospects.
*Evaluate partnership and business opportunities to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
*Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and industry stakeholders.
*Implement channel strategies, negotiate agreements, and support partners with training and resources.
*Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new initiatives while maintaining compliance and managing risk.
What you will get in return
*Base salary starting at £55,000 (will increase depending on experience)
*Commission structure - discussed at interview
