This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role within the finance department of a leading organisation in the industrial and manufacturing industry. The role is based near Weybridge and involves providing financial insights and guidance to drive business decisions.

Description
*Partner with senior operational and commercial leaders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
*Deliver proactive financial insight and analysis, highlighting potential risks, opportunities, and initiatives to enhance margins and overall profitability.
*Contribute to pricing strategy, cost optimisation, and detailed profitability reviews across business units.
*Track performance against budget and forecast, clearly explaining key variances and underlying drivers.
*Maintain full responsibility for the integrity of the P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, ensuring robust financial control.
*Oversee the month-end close process, producing accurate and timely management reporting.
*Ensure adherence to IFRS standards, internal control frameworks, and company financial governance policies.
*Continuously improve financial reporting processes, systems, and analytical tools to enhance decision support.
*Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners to promote clarity, alignment, and transparency.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
*Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering roles.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
£75,000 - £85,000 + car allowance + 15% bonus
