Description
*Manage project budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports related to ongoing projects.
*Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
*Support the preparation of project forecasts and financial planning.
*Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits.
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
*Identify and resolve discrepancies in project financial data.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
Profile
A successful Project Accountant / Management Accountant should have:
*A strong background in management accounts
*Proficiency in financial reporting and budget management.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
*Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
*Competence in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
