Creating a calm, positive, and encouraging environment ? Working closely with teachers and SENCOs ? Using patience, empathy, and creativity to help students shine ? Making every day rewarding - for you and your pupils!
What You’ll Need
? Experience working with children or vulnerable adults (school or non-school settings welcome!) ? A caring, patient, adaptable approach ? Confidence supporting students with a range of needs ? An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one through Hays)
