We have a fantastic opportunity for a newly created role as an Account Coordinator on a temp to perm basis in a hybrid role.
This role will play a critical role in ensuring an excellent client experience by coordinating day-to-day support operations, monitoring service performance, and supporting client communication. This role acts as a bridge between clients, support teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring service levels are met, data is accurate, and clients are well-trained and supported on our dashboard and devices.

Tracking and creating reports
