Learning Support Assistant- SEN School in Cranleigh
Do you have the patience, empathy and resilience to support young people with additional needs?
A welcoming SEN school in Cranleigh is looking for a committed Learning Support Worker to support students in achieving both academic and personal development goals.
You Will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support
* Assist with sensory and communication strategies
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Essential:
* 3-6 months recent school experience
* Enhanced DBS (mandatory)
* Calm and adaptable personality
