Key Responsibilities
Deliver highquality administrative support to Consultants and clients
Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with complete
discretion
Support onboarding, training and mentoring of new team members
Ensure all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards
Assist with the preparation of documentation, reports and client communications
Prioritise workload effectively in a fastpaced environment
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in a fastpaced financial administration role
Understanding of the financial advice process
Knowledge of pensions, retirement planning and investment products
Strong literacy, numeracy and accuracy
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel (Intelligent Office experience is an
advantage)
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to build a longterm career in financial
services
