Job Description:
Supply Teacher - Middlesbrough Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Middlesbrough.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced practitioners and ECTs to gain varied experience, work in supportive environments, and maintain a strong work-life balance.
About the Role: As a Supply Teacher for Tradewind, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across KS3-KS5 in your specialist subject. You will also be expected to:
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Follow school policies and procedures
* Ensure pupils remain engaged and supported in their learning
* Adapt quickly to different school environments
We work with a wide range of schools - from large academies to smaller community settings - allowing you to experience different environments and find the right fit for your teaching style.

Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in UK secondary schools

* Strong behaviour management skills
* Passion for teaching
* Reliable, adaptable, and confident in different classroom settings
