Role: Production Operative
Location: Groby, LE6
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours:
*Monday-Wednesday: 7.30am-4.30pm
*Thursday: 7.30am-4pm
*Friday: 7.30am-1pm
Contract: 12-month temporary role with the potential to go permanent
Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out production tasks according to work instructions and standard operating procedures
*Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
*Conduct quality checks and report any faults, defects, or deviations to the quality team
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in line with health and safety policies
*Support process improvements by providing feedback on tools, equipment, and methods
What They’re Looking For:
*Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on production experience
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Ability to follow work instructions accurately
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.
