Job Description:
Bar & Restaurant Manager in Hitchin | £36,500 + Tronc (up to £10k) + Bonus
I am recruiting for an iconic high quality, high volume venue in Hitchin. This role offers ownership of the day-to-day operation and a clear path into senior management through their progression program.
The Package:
*£36,500 basic + Upto 10,000 in Tronc + additional bonuses
*WSET Level 1 & 2 training provided
*Local and international supplier trips
*wine at cost, meals on shift, and additional days off annually
*Generous staff rates across all sites
The Role:
*Manage and develop the front-of-house and bar teams
*Oversee daily operations, rotas, and training
*Manage budgets, costs, and KPIs to maximize profitability
*Maintain high service standards
*Coordinate with the kitchen and senior management to drive growth
Requirements:
*Current Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready for a step up
*Experience in busy, high-quality restaurant and bar environments
*Solid commercial awareness
*Strong knowledge of wine
