Locum Social Worker - Adult North Community Mental Health Team
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Locum Social Worker to join the Adult North Community Mental Health Team on an initial 6-month contract.
We are seeking a confident and proactive practitioner who can work effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment alongside health and social care colleagues.

Responsibilities: *Complete statutory assessments in line with the Care Act 2014
*Apply the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and relevant legislation to practice
*Manage safeguarding concerns and undertake Section 42 enquiries
*Contribute to effective care planning and risk management
*Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary partners
*Support individuals with complex mental health needs
To Be Considered for the Role, ideally you will have:
*Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification
*Social Work England registration
*Strong assessment and analytical skills
*Able to work both independently and as part of a team
*Organised, reliable, and confident in a fast-paced environment
