Senior Client Accountant (Team Lead) - Qube user
Central London | Hybrid
£60,000 - £65,000
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Client Accountant to lead a small, high-performing team while managing a commercial and residential portfolio of key business clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering excellent financial support, and developing a team.
Core responsibilities include:
*Lead and mentor a small team, helping them achieve professional growth and high performance.
*Manage client portfolios with focus, accuracy, and attention to detail.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
*Provide insight and support to help clients make informed financial decisions.
*Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Experience and skills:
*Proven expertise in property accounting, including service charge reconciliation, rent management, and financial reporting.
*Experience leading or supervising teams, with the ability to coach and develop others.
*Qube experience is essential.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
*ACCA, CIMA qualified, part-qualified or equivalent.
