Job Description:
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new and exciting opportunity working for a rapidly developing business based in Warwick. You will be working as part of a small friendly team and be responsible for processing up to 500 invoices on a monthly basis from start to finish. Your duties will include matching batching and coding invoices, ensuring PO’s have been raised, preparing invoices ready for payment, reconciling supplier statements, processing employee expenses, processing subcontractor payments and assisting with month end.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced purchase ledger clerk looking for a new role or for a financially minded individual looking for their first role in finance who is looking to build their career. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, have strong attention to detail, experience working with Microsoft Excel and ideally be local to Warwick as this is an office based role.
