As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
* Provide 1:1 mentoring and targeted behaviour support
* Help students develop emotional regulation and coping strategies
* Support behaviour intervention plans and restorative approaches
* Build positive, consistent relationships with vulnerable young people
* Work closely with safeguarding leads and pastoral teams
In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will gain first-hand experience working with students at risk of exclusion, exposure to youth offending behaviours, and complex home environments.
