Job Description:
Job Summary
Portfolio Payroll are currently working with large service organisation who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join their team in Sunderland.
Key Duties/Tasks:
*Supporting the payroll process in a high volume payroll environment using Itrent
*End-to-end payroll processing
*Dealing with processing starters and leaver records
*Queries
*P11D’s
*RTI’s
*SSP/SMP/SPP
*Reconciling data
*Legislation, manual calculations
*Handling payroll queries
*HMRC submissions
Desirable skills and attributes:
*Worked as a Payroll assistant or similar
*Ability to communicate at all levels
*Understand the payroll deadlines & requirements
*Able to do end to end payroll
*Great customer service as dealing with queries
