Job Description:
Aspire People is working with a large primary school in North Manchester seeking a Primary Intervention Specialist to deliver targeted Maths and English support across KS1 and KS2.
This is a non-class-based role focused purely on raising attainment.
The Role:
Deliver small-group literacy and numeracy interventions
Support pupils working below age-related expectations
Use assessment data to track progress
Work closely with teachers and the SENCO
Support SATs booster groups where required
Ideal Background:
Qualified Teacher OR experienced Level 3/HLTA
Strong Maths and English knowledge
Experience delivering structured interventions
Confident working independently
