An outstanding SEN School located in the Chelmsford area is seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their supportive team as soon as possible.
About the Role:
· Deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
· Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
· Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team.
· Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
· Contribute to student progress, confidence building, and personal development.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
· Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (SEN experience desirable but not essential).
· A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
· Strong behaviour management skills.
· A genuine desire to support students with additional needs.
