The Ideal Candidate Experience

The ideal candidate will have:
*Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education
*Experience supporting children and young people on a 1:1 and group basis
*A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development
*Strong communication and teamwork skills with teachers and other staff
*An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
