The Role
*You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a busy Residential Conveyancing department, ensuring the smooth progression of property transactions.
*Audio and copy typing
*Preparing and formatting legal documents
*Managing confidential client information
*Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
*Supporting fee earners with day-to-day tasks
*Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

About You
*Around 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary within Residential Conveyancing
*Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail
*Confident using Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Experience with legal case management systems (advantageous)
*Knowledge of conveyancing-specific software (beneficial)
*Able to commute to Southend-on-Sea
