Customer Service Administrator – Barnsley
£26,000 – £28,000 | Monday – Friday | 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm | No weekends
Elevation Recruitment Business Support team are working exclusively with our key client in Barnsley to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a fast-growing SME with a fantastic team culture and modern working environment.

This Customer Service Administrator role will support customer order processing, general business administration and logistics coordination. Any experience or working knowledge of export, freight or shipping processes would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
*Process and confirm customer orders
*Liaise with finance, suppliers, warehouse and internal teams
*Arrange transport and support logistics administration
*Raise billing documents and support returns / credits
*Maintain customer data, pricing files and stock levels
*Support month-end tasks and resolve invoice queries
*Handle incoming calls and emails
About You
*Customer service / administration experience (manufacturing preferred)
*Logistics or export knowledge desirable
*Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*Organised, proactive and team focused
*Strong communication skills
