Start Date: 23/02/2026 (after February half-term)
Hours: Full-time or part-time (3 days per week)
Contract: Temp to Perm

Your new role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working closely with pupils who may have:
*Autism and communication needs
*Physical disabilities
*Complex learning difficulties
*Social, emotional, or behavioural needs
Your role will involve:
*Supporting pupils in lessons and during structured activities
*Providing 1:1 or small-group support
*Assisting with personal care where required
*Helping pupils develop independence, confidence, and life skills
*Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
*Contributing to a positive, inclusive school environment
What you’ll need to succeed
*Experience in SEND, care, or support work
*A calm, patient, and supportive approach
*A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs
*Willingness to assist with personal care when needed
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
