We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and support the wider sales team. Key Responsibilities
*Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
*Process customer orders accurately
*Build positive relationships with customers
*Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
*Support the sales team with account management and follow-ups
*Resolve customer queries and order issues
*Maintain accurate records in CRM or other systems
Skills and Experience Required
*Motivated and professional with a sales-focused mindset
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
*Confident on the phone and via email
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Experience with CRM systems is a bonus but not essential
