Reach Truck FLT Driver
Working Pattern: 4 ON / 4 OFF | Days & Nights available
Hours: 48 hours per week
Licence Required: Valid/In-date Reach Truck FLT licence

Key Requirements: *Valid and in-date Reach Truck FLT licence
*Proven experience operating a Reach Truck FLT in a fast-paced warehouse
*Strong understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
*Ability to meet performance targets consistently
Responsibilities: *Operate Reach Truck FLT equipment safely and efficiently
*Move pallets and load stock within the warehouse
*Put away and pick stock accurately using EWM systems and scanners
*Maintain high hygiene standards and follow all safety protocols
*Carry out occasional counterbalance FLT duties as required
Warehouse & Role Details: *Pallets stacked up to 6 high
*Robotic shuttle system operating up to 35 pallets deep
*Product range includes fizzy and dilute drinks bottles
*Performance targets:
*16 pallets per hour (put away)
*12 pallets per hour (picking)
