Job Title: Temporary Part Time Administrator
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Redditch. This role will focus on processing sales orders and providing accurate data entry support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities *Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
*Entering and maintaining data within internal systems and spreadsheets
*Checking order details, pricing, and customer information for accuracy
*Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
*Supporting with general administrative duties as required
*Assisting with email and telephone queries where necessary
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous administrative and/or data entry experience
*Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
*Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
*Confident communication skills
*Reliable and professional approach to work
