*Maintain accurate manual and digital HR records and documentation.
*Update and maintain information within the HR Information System.
*Manage the HR inbox, responding to routine queries and escalating where appropriate.
*Assist with GDPR-related housekeeping tasks, including data cleansing and compliance checks.
*Support colleagues across HR & OD to ensure consistent service delivery.
*Carry out general office duties such as filing, photocopying and document preparation.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Comfortable working with confidential data and following compliance standards.
*Able to work independently and use their initiative.
*Approachable, professional, and customer-focused.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
*Strong administration experience within a large organisation.
*Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Ability to work accurately with data and manage multiple tasks.
Desirable:
*Experience within an HR environment.
*Knowledge of HR systems or HR best practice.
*Level 3 Business Administration or HR qualification (or working towards).
