Account Manager - Scientific Equipment
Location: Basingstoke, UK
Job Type: Hybrid (Office and Remote)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Our UK facility serves as a key Sales and Service Centre with a strong turnover and ambitious growth plans. We are seeking an Account Manager to drive OEM sales and strengthen relationships with key customers.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across engineering, production, planning, procurement, and sales.
*Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, understanding their products and business strategies.
*Manage account forecasts and budgets, focusing on market share growth, new product introductions, and future technology needs.
*Develop new customer relationships to expand OEM accounts into key markets.
*Travel across mainland UK, Ireland, and The Nordics, with occasional visits to factories overseas and attendance at international conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Degree in Physics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent technical service/sales experience.
*Experience in Medical Devices, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or Laboratory Research is highly desirable.
*Ideally have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience in client account management or technical sales.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills.
*Full driving licence and UK passport.
