Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, office-based

The Role
As a Business Development Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in scaling the organisation’s positive impact. Working closely with the Business Development Team, you’ll provide the administrative, operational and reporting support needed to ensure client projects move smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll coordinate key workflows, maintain accurate operational and financial records, support performance reporting, and act as the central point of communication between internal departments.
This is a perfect role for someone who is highly organised, analytical, commercially aware, and passionate about technology, sustainability, and doing work that genuinely matters.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Support
*Manage end-to-end administration of client jobs, ensuring all SLAs are met
*Raise and manage jobs, purchase orders and amendments
*Support logistics scheduling and queries
*Ensure all work is accurately priced within agreed timeframes
*Administer outbound product auctions, updating trackers and communicating status updates
Cross-Department Coordination
*Act as a central contact point between departments
*Provide timely updates on job progress, priorities and workflow status
*Maintain sales, SLA and performance trackers for visibility across the business
Reporting & Commercial Insight
*Prepare performance reports, valuations, board packs and customer review materials
*Support the creation and monthly update of Key Account Management plans
*Produce regular reports and ad hoc analysis on volumes, pricing and market trends
*Work closely with Finance to ensure consistent reporting of costs, projections and commercial performance
Person Specification
Essential
*Degree-level education or equivalent experience
*Highly organised, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities
*Strong attention to detail, especially in reporting and data accuracy
*Confident communicator across all levels of the business
*Customer-focused with strong stakeholder management skills
*Commercially aware with the ability to support data-driven decision-making
*Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
*Strong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRM platforms
*Effective team player, comfortable working cross-functionally
*Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure
*Able to influence, collaborate and support senior stakeholders
*Experienced in diary management, meeting coordination and preparing documentation
*Professional and confident managing client visits and enquiries
Desirable
*Experience in telecommunications, ITAD or a product/supply chain environment
*Experience as a Bid Writer or Bid Manager
*Experience supporting RFP/RFI processes
*Interest in sustainability, environmental impact, and mobile technology
*Willingness to share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement
