Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager specialising in Wealth Management to join our clients finance team in London. This role requires expertise in financial services (ideally wealth management) and a strong background in accounting and finance to drive success.

Description
*Oversee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Wealth Manager (WM) remuneration statements and payments.
*Ensure WM remuneration and revenue accounting entries in the general ledger are accurate and aligned with agreed terms.
*Support the implementation of tactical design changes, ensuring solutions are robust, transition smoothly into BAU, and contribute to the ongoing strategic development of remuneration statements.
*Collaborate with the month-end reporting team to ensure accurate monthly postings of WM remuneration allocations.
*Assist in developing and implementing new group affiliation options, including remuneration structure modelling, communication to Wealth Managers, accounting treatment, and MI reporting.
*Identify, investigate, and resolve data, process, and control issues, escalating risks appropriately and driving sustainable improvements.
*Provide commercial and financial insight to support forecasting, scenario modelling, and strategic decision-making related to WM remuneration and revenue.
*Work closely with Finance sub-teams to enhance reporting and MI capabilities, including developments in CODA, TM1, and Tableau.
*Contribute to system and reporting enhancements across TM1, CODA, Excel tools, and downstream MI infrastructure.
*Maintain up-to-date industry and regulatory knowledge to support remuneration and revenue-related processes and systems.
*Support wider Financial Control tasks and contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.
Profile
*Recognised professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years PQE
*Proven experience in a renumeration, revenue, or financial control role, ideally within Wealth or Asset Management.
*Strong experience producing management information, analysis, and insight, not purely transactional reporting.
