Academics are recruiting experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants for temporary, ongoing roles in welcoming and supportive mainstream primary settings.
Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing
Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella fees)
Start Date: ASAP or a start date that suits you
About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working alongside class teachers to deliver interventions, provide 1:1 support and enhance classroom learning in Doncaster.
Key Responsibilities
*Support teaching and learning across primary year groups
* Deliver small group interventions
* Provide 1:1 support, including for SEN pupils
* Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement
* Follow safeguarding procedures at all times
Candidate Requirements
*Level 3 TA qualification (essential)
*Minimum 6 months UK primary school experience
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Experience supporting SEN pupils desirable
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
