Compliance Co-ordinator ?? Northamptonshire (Across 2 Sites)

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Co-ordinator to manage and maintain all water hygiene compliance across two sites in the Northamptonshire area.
This is a predominantly administration-focused role, responsible for ensuring all water treatment documentation, compliance records and audit evidence are accurate, up to date and fully compliant, while acting as a key liaison point for the client and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities * Managing water treatment logbooks, compliance records and documentation

* Maintaining Risk Assessments, Written Schemes and asset registers

* Coordinating routine monitoring activities including flushing, temperature checks, sampling and servicing

* Tracking remedial actions and ensuring timely completion

* Liaising with contractors and internal engineering teams

* Preparing documentation for internal and external audits

* Acting as the main point of contact for all water treatment compliance matters

* Ensuring all data is accurately recorded and accessible

* Supporting and attending audits as required

* Attending compliance meetings and providing updates where necessary

Skills & Experience Required * Previous water hygiene / water treatment management experience (essential)

* Strong administrative and organisational ability

* Experience managing compliance documentation and audit preparation

* Confident coordinating across multiple sites

* Ability to proactively follow up actions to ensure completion

* Strong communication skills and professional approach
