Learning Support Assistant - SEN Provision | Lingfield
£20,000 - £23,500 | Monday-Friday | 9am-4pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN setting in Lingfield.
You will support learners with a range of needs including autism, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties, ensuring they can fully engage in both academic and vocational programmes.
Duties include:
* Delivering tailored support aligned with EHCP outcomes
* Supporting classroom engagement and participation
* Promoting independence and life skills development
* Maintaining accurate progress records
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous SEN support experience
* A calm, adaptable and solution-focused mindset
* The ability to build positive, professional relationships
This is a rewarding role within a supportive and structured environment.
