Learning Support Worker - Lingfield
Full-Time | 9am-4pm | £20k-£23.5k

We are recruiting a compassionate Learning Support Worker to support students with Special Educational Needs in a nurturing school/college environment in Lingfield.
Your role will involve:
* Supporting learners academically and emotionally
* Encouraging confidence and independence
* Assisting with personal care where required
* Working closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials
We are looking for someone who is:
* Empathetic and patient
* Reliable and committed
* Experienced in SEN settings (desirable)
