Job Description:
Learning Support Worker - Lingfield
Salary: £20,000 - £23,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs?
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join a welcoming school/college setting in Lingfield. You will play a key role in supporting SEN learners to access education, develop independence, and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to SEN learners
* Assist students with EHCP targets and individual learning plans
* Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
* Work collaboratively with teachers and therapy teams
Requirements:
* Experience supporting SEN learners (school or college setting preferred)
* Patient, resilient and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
